- Individual who is singing the form to become the member of this forum is doing at his own will.
- Member has to attend the meeting as and when called.
- Each Member, during enrollment, shall provide some personal and professional data which will be considered as true to the best of their knowledge at the time of declaration and will be used in the Forum's data base for all future purposes.
- Data will not be shared with any other agency or forum without the prior consent of the executive committee.
- In case any Member changes his / her organization, the same must be conveyed to the Forum at an early date for correction of records.
- All Members shall willingly contribute and share knowledge within the Forum in helping their Peers and seniors without any hesitation or obligation.
- Everyone is free to interact with other Members within the Forum to discuss matters pertaining to Purchasing and various aspects of the Materials function as a whole.
- Any member speaks, writes, spread the negativity about the PPFI his / her membership will be terminated immediately. No written intimation will be send.
- In case of termination or deletion of membership; no reason will be given by the executive committee.
- Every Member shall be bound by and conform to the Rules and Regulations of the Forum till such time their Membership is in force and also shall comply with the Goal and Objectives of the Forum.
- Any act by an individual or individuals which is not in line with / against the Goal and Objectives of the Forum shall be liable for action as may be deemed fit and decided upon by the Executive Committee.
- In extreme cases, where the Member has been found to malign / defame either the Forum or any Executive Committee Member or Members, he / she may lose his / her Membership and never be considered for enrollment again.
- The Executive Committee reserves the right to accept or reject the application for Membership and open / close such Membership from time to time considering the circumstances.
- No member will have the right to ask from any one about the / her organization / company trade secret.
- Both parties shall maintain strict confidence and shall not disclose to any third party any information or material relating to the forum.
- If any membership fee(s) is decided by the forum then a member has to pay the same in time. As on date there are two type of memberships (i) Life Member (ii) Regular Member.
